Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko took part in the 2nd Forum of Regions of Belarus and Ukraine in Zhitomir on 4 October, BelTA has learned. In his speech the head of state mentioned how his first meeting with the president of Ukraine had proceeded, outlined priority areas of cooperation between the countries, and sketched out Belarus' proposals on stepping up interaction in various spheres.
