The manufacturer offers a wide range of enclosure sizes, which allows the client to select the optimal enclosure for any circuit solutions. If the standard range of enclosure sizes does not include the size required by the customer, it can be obtained by combining (connecting) individual enclosures with each other, both vertically and horizontally. Each size has an installation option, both in a suspended version and in a version with a foundation for digging into the ground (the foundation elements are also made of SMC plastic, which eliminates the destruction of the foundation structure over time, as a result of exposure to moisture in the ground). If the standard height of the foundation is not enough, it can be increased by adding a cable compartment to the enclosure design.
The material of the enclosures is SMC (Sheet "moulding" compount) plastic. PLP (Polyester sheet molding material) is a compound based on styrenated unsaturated polyester resins filled with fiberglass and mineral fillers (calcium carbonate and aluminum hydroxide, pigments and catalysts). The use of SMC sheet plastic as a housing material has a number of advantages: the housing does not rust and does not require painting, is easy to clean from paint and stickers with solvents or abrasive materials, is resistant to gasoline, urea, benzene, acids, the housing material is non-flammable V0. Due to the dielectric properties of the material, the housing does not need to be grounded, which simplifies the installation process, reduces costs and increases the electrical safety of the equipment as a whole. The use of fiberglass allows you to get impact-resistant and elastic housings with a shell protection rating of IK 10, which prevents dents and cracks, the material is resistant to ultraviolet radiation. The material does not interfere with the transmission of radio and GSM signals when using electricity meters in ASKUE systems. Fiberglass housings are aesthetic and durable, have improved mechanical properties: resistance to twisting and impacts. The housing design provides for: ventilation, which prevents condensation inside the housing; door opening angle - 180 °; the possibility of using inspection windows and control doors.
The modular design of the enclosures offers a number of advantages: ease of installation, without the use of special tools; the ability to replace damaged parts; the ability to expand previously installed structures; easy dismantling of doors and foundation covers, providing free access for service personnel to any installed equipment. On the rear and side walls of the enclosure there are structural elements that allow equipment to be mounted on them with the ability to position it without violating the integrity of the enclosure shell.
The range of enclosures includes enclosures with cable pockets and / or foundations, depending on the purpose of using the enclosure.
A large number of additional accessories make it possible to simplify the design of equipment, inside the panel installation and further operation.
