Designed JSC Mozyrselmash container dryer for small batches of seeds designed for drying and active ventilation of seeds of cereals, legumes and cereal crops in the primary and elite seed production without compromising their sowing qualities.
The new equipment is used in regional experimental breeding stations and other institutions (experimental bases, elite halls, and also in P-1, P-2, P-1 breeding nurseries which are engaged in primary seed production, multiplication and release of new varieties).
Dryer consists of the following main parts and assemblies: air heater ÂÆÐ-0,35, blower ÂÐ-280-14-8, RIELLO burner, control cabinet, upper frame, lower frame, service platform, container (16 pieces), air duct, roof.
Dryer operation is carried out as follows: seeds are poured into containers, which are connected to the supply duct by flexible air ducts; the air heater heats pure outdoor air to the required temperature and sends it through the supply duct and flexible air ducts to the containers; then through the mesh walls of the pyramidal frame the heated air penetrates the raw seeds, saturates with moisture of heated grain and is discharged into the atmosphere.
The air temperature is controlled and regulated through the control cabinet of the air heater burner automatics unit.
