Vladimir Ulakhovich: the Decree on the support of exporters is planned to be adopted in the near future

The decree on the support of exporters is planned to be adopted in Belarus in the near future, BelCCI Chairman Vladimir Ulakhovich said before the award ceremony of the contest "Best exporter of 2017". "The decree on the support of exporters is in the final stage of approval. There is a fundamental decision, now technical details are being specified. I think the decree will be adopted in the near future-I believe that in this half year, " the head of the BelCCI said.

The document will be written measures to compensate the budget for the cost of certification of products, as well as to participate in industry exhibitions. "A certificate to the EU market is expensive, the cost of obtaining some certificates reaches 50 thousand euros. Not for every company it is possible", - said Vladimir Ulakhovich.

The Chairman of the BelCCI stressed that a lot has already been done to support exporters in Belarus. "The state supports everyone, but the struggle in the market requires an innovative approach, new marketing, and this will have to be faced. Competition is becoming tougher, and it is necessary to look for new approaches at the enterprises themselves," he concluded.

The ceremony of awarding the winners of the contest "Best exporter of 2017" was held today in Minsk. The winners were 22 companies, including such well-known Belarusian companies as BelAZ, "Brestgazoapparat", "EPAM systems", BMZ, "Santa Bremor", "Babushkina Krynka", "Belaruskali". The main organizer of the competition is the BelCCI.
